Refund and Returns Policy

There are no refunds or returns due to the nature of custom decorated apparel. However, if upon delivery a defect is found with the ‘blank’ or the decoration itself, it will either be repaired or replaced. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are no refunds once the order has moved to the “Order Started” status.
